Thank you for choosing Puppy Scapes. Because many of our products are built to order, customized, or manufactured specifically for a customer’s project, the following terms apply to all purchases and quote requests.
Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for the period specified on the quote. Pricing, shipping costs, lead times, and product availability may change after the quote expiration date.
Orders are not considered final until accepted by Puppy Scapes and, where applicable, payment arrangements have been completed.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many Puppy Scapes products are manufactured specifically for each customer.
Because of this, custom, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom dimensions
-
Custom colors
-
Logo or branding work
-
Modified designs
-
Special-order materials
-
Products manufactured to customer specifications
Returns
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by Puppy Scapes.
Returned products must:

Be unused and in original condition
-
Include all original components
-
Be returned at the customer’s expense unless the return results from our error
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.
Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt and should include photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged due to manufacturing issues, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us promptly.
At our discretion, we may:

Repair the product

Replace the affected component

Replace the product

Provide a refund where appropriate
Our goal is to make things right when the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, or error on our part.
Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, measurements, colors, artwork, logos, and other project details before production.
Puppy Scapes is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Installation and Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for verifying that products will fit and function appropriately within their intended installation location.
Site preparation, permitting, utility location, anchoring requirements, and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puppy Scapes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
Changes to These Terms
Puppy Scapes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
